If something isn't quite right, we're here to make it right.
1. Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of opened beauty or skincare products unless they arrived damaged or defective.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team with the following information:
- Order number
- The items you wish to return
- Your reason for the return
- Photo evidence if the item was damaged or delivered incorrectly

Once approved, you will receive return instructions and shipping information.
3. Returns
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service—we cannot guarantee delivery of your return without tracking.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined.
- If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like to replace an item, please return it and place a new order.
